Free Services — No Refund Applicable

The following core services offered by Bandhan Milaap are entirely free and require no payment:

• Submitting your matrimonial profile via WhatsApp or our website
• Profile verification by our team via WhatsApp and phone call
• Access to our verified matchmaking database through our Telegram channel
• Receiving compatible profile suggestions from our team
• WhatsApp-based matchmaking communication and support

Paid Services & Refund Eligibility

Any premium or additional services that require payment are subject to the following refund terms:

Non-Refundable Cases

• Once a paid service has been activated or accessed, the fee is non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind after activating a paid service.
• No refund will be provided if your profile is removed due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
• Partial use of a paid service does not entitle you to a partial refund.

Eligible for Refund

• A full refund will be processed if a duplicate payment occurred due to a technical error on our platform.
• If a paid service was charged but never activated or delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
• In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a refund will be considered at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these simple steps:

• Provide your full name, registered phone number, payment date and amount paid.
• Briefly explain the reason for your refund request.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 working days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Profile Cancellation & Removal

You have the right to request removal of your profile from our database at any time, completely free of charge.

How to Cancel

• Send a cancellation request via WhatsApp to +91 8368310636 with your name and registered number.
• Our team will confirm your request and remove your profile within 48 working hours.
• Once removed, your data will no longer be shared with any new matches.

Important Notes

• Cancellation of a paid service after activation does not entitle you to a refund.
• You may re-submit your profile at any time in the future, free of charge.
• Profile removal requests submitted via WhatsApp will be confirmed by our team before processing.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment dispute, we strongly encourage you to first contact our team directly. We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly and promptly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes shall be subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
