Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Bandhan Milaap. By accessing our website, submitting your profile or using any of our matrimonial services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all users of our platform including individuals submitting profiles, family members acting on behalf of a candidate and anyone browsing our website or services.

Eligibility

To use Bandhan Milaap’s matrimonial services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. As per the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, the legal marriageable age in India is 18 for females and 21 for males.
• You must be legally eligible to marry — unmarried, divorced or widowed.
• You must be acting in good faith with genuine intent to find a life partner.
• All information provided must be accurate, truthful and current at the time of submission.
• You confirm that you have legal authority to submit a profile — either for yourself or on behalf of a family member with their full knowledge and consent.

Profile Submission & Verification

When you submit a profile to Bandhan Milaap, you agree to the following:

Submission

• All information submitted is accurate, complete and not misleading in any way.
• You consent to your profile being reviewed, verified and included in our matchmaking database upon approval.
• Profile submission is free of charge and does not guarantee inclusion in the database.

Verification

• Bandhan Milaap verifies all profiles personally via WhatsApp conversation and phone call before activation.
• We reserve the right to reject any profile without providing a reason if it does not meet our standards.
• Profiles found to contain false, misleading or inappropriate information will be immediately removed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Bandhan Milaap. Violation may result in immediate removal from our platform and, where appropriate, legal action.

• Submitting false, fraudulent or misleading personal information of any kind.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, marital status, income, education or family background.
• Using our platform for any commercial, business or non-matrimonial purpose.
• Harassing, intimidating or engaging in inappropriate communication with other members or our team.
• Attempting to extract personal contact details of members without their consent.
• Creating multiple profiles or submitting duplicate entries.
• Using any content from our platform for unauthorised reproduction or distribution.

Privacy & Data Use

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

• Your data will be used solely for the purpose of matrimonial matchmaking.
• We will not share your information with any third party for commercial purposes.
• For female profiles, personal contact details are shared only upon mutual consent of both parties.

Service Limitations & Disclaimer

Bandhan Milaap provides a platform to facilitate matrimonial introductions between verified individuals and families. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, match or marriage.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by members on their profiles.
• We are not liable for any decisions made by individuals or families based on introductions facilitated through our platform.
• We do not take responsibility for the conduct of members after introduction or match facilitation.
• We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

Fees & Payments

Profile submission and basic access to our verified matchmaking database are completely free of charge. No hidden fees apply for standard services.

• Any fees for premium or additional services will be clearly communicated before payment is required.
• Payments once made for premium services are non-refundable unless there has been a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment directly via WhatsApp.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

We encourage users to first contact our team to resolve any concerns amicably before pursuing legal remedies.

Modifications to These Terms

Bandhan Milaap reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
